Let’s talk about yoga & pilates…

… as a wobbly person. As someone who was less wobbly in the past, it’s interesting to see how my range of motion is affected and how inflexible I am due to my timber getting in the way.

The good news is my strength is still there, even if I can’t do a forward fold without parts of myself getting in the way. Oops, also that sounds rude as hell 🤭

And this is what I want to pass on to you dear readers, as long as you are doing something, anything, you’ll be ok, it will get easier.
